Our website is intended to help you have the best shopping experience possible. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalogue and strive for accuracy and timeliness with all information offered. Where there is a discrepancy, the in-store price will be honored, pictures may vary, and mistakes may happen. We regret any inconvenience this may cause or create.

Clearance or sale items are always non-returnable.

Bike sales are always non-returnable.

Bikes are sold fully assembled by a Certified Bike Mechanic. Accessory or parts installs are not included. Electra bikes include kickstands, other companies do not.

Orders are generally 1 to 4 business days to process, or longer depending on volume on date of order. We are CLOSED Sunday and Monday and Long Weekends, We process online orders Tuesday thru Friday.

We will message a date and time for Curbside or In-store Pickup
