Online Returns

1. All returns are for store credit only, we do not do full refunds or exchanges at this time.

2. Returns must be shipped back no later than 10 days after Canada Post says it has been delivered. They do not have to reach us in 10 days, just be dropped off at Canada Post.

3. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer, we do not provide shipping labels or refund shipping costs.

4. All items must be tag attached, in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, scent free, hair free and in new condition. 

5. Items that do not qualify to be returned are sale items, discounted items, special sale items, accessories, hats, jewelry, Helmets, padded bike shorts, undergarments, tire tubes, tires, electronic items or any other item we have marked final sale. 

All returns are at Stores Discretion

Bicycles are always non-refundable or returnable.

All bike deposits are non-refundable 

All returns performed with gift receipts are eligible to be exchanged or refunded to in-store credit only

All bike ETAs are subject to change at any time

You may either bring the item(s) you wish to return in-store or ship the item(s) back to our warehouse. As Bentley Cycle Inc is not responsible for items lost or stolen during shipment, we recommend you purchase tracking via your courier of choice. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipment costs, and shipments sent via COD will not be accepted. Any merchandise returned that appears to have been used and/or worn will be subject to a restocking fee. Please note that ALL labor fees (e.g. special orders, installation) are not refundable.

In order to facilitate your return or exchange as quickly as possible, please call or e-mail us before mailing your item(s) to the above address. Damaged Shipments


All items that we ship are in new and unused condition unless otherwise explicitly stated in their online product description (e.g. demo product, refurbished product). If a package is delivered to you in a damaged state, you have the option of refusing delivery. Should you choose to accept any shipment of damaged product, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for return shipment of the damaged item(s). In either case, please leave the product and any packaging in the form that you received it. Following either refusal of the delivery or a facilitated return, we will do our best to make sure you receive a replacement of your item(s) as quickly as possible, subject to availability.  

Incorrect Products


In the unlikely event that you receive your order and the contents do not match those outlined in your order confirmation e-mail, please contact Bentley Cycle Inc immediately via the phone numbers or e-mail address listed above. We'll work to get you the right product as quickly as possible and arrange for return shipment of the incorrect item(s) at no cost to you.
