Bicycle Servicing
As we head into the busiest time of the year for bike shops, our repair services will now be by drop off appointment only. There will still be limited availability for minor repairs, such as tube changes and chain installs, but availability will vary by day. We will not accept walk in service.
Wait times are 1 - 4+ weeks from mid February until end of October. Wait times for service will vary depending on the level of service required, availability of parts needed for repair, when bicycle was serviced last, condition of bicycle, etc. Bikes with history at Bentley Cycle Inc will see priority service.
Repair estimates are provided in-store only as we can not assess your trike over the phone or via email.
You will need to book an appointment with us year round as our storage space is very limited. Please Book a Curbside Drop Off Date and Time prior to coming to our store.
For all service work - we will write up a work order, ask you to leave your trike for our mechanic to examine, provide an estimate of price, and complete the work. We will contact you as soon as your trike is ready to pick up.
Our service estimates are based on our shop rate of $80 per hour.
